Since 1996, Steppin Out Dance Studio has been proudly providing dance classes to children of all ages in the Monroe, Pella, Grinnell, Prairie City, Otley, Knoxville, Reasnor, Sully, Lynnville, and Newton areas.
As a parent, we realize you have a choice between several different dance schools. Not all studios are the same. We constantly strive to provide our students and parents with the best experience possible. We offer a wide variety of dance styles to choose from, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, pointe, lyrical, jazz-pom, clogging, drill team prep, acrobatic dance, and tumbling. You can also join our award winning competition team.
To provide students of all ages with the skills they need to enjoy dance for a lifetime.

We are excited to begin another fun year of Dance & Tumbling!
We are still making some adjustments in the classes and schedules. We appreciate your patience and want you to know that we work hard at placing the students in the correct class according to their ability, age, & maturity. Please trust our judgment as we want all of the students to progress and enjoy their classes.

TUITION FEES:
are due by the first of the month.
There is a grace period of 10 days. Fees paid after the 10th of the month are subject to a late fee of $5. Please check to see if your account is current.
NOTE: If a child's name is different than the parent - please note this on the check.
*If you have not paid the registration fee - it is due NOW! Please check at the desk.
DANCE SHOES & CLOTHES:
Students should be properly dressed with the correct shoes by October 1st. Hip Hop shoes will be here to try on in the next week.
Hair MUST be pulled back away from the face. Please have your child go to the restroom before classes begin. NO GUM allowed. Dance shoes should not be worn outside.
FUNDRAISERS:
We will be handing out fundraiser packets in October for those who wish to participate. It is optional and credit goes to individual accounts for costumes, shoes, lessons, etc.
*STEPPIN OUT FUN*:
Guess how many candies in the jar and win them all! Each students gets to guess. The jar of candies are located at the desk or with the instructor. Good Luck!!!!
